The Grand Marketplace in Willingboro is operated by both Howard Matheson and Keith Ludwick. Office operations are a joint effort on behalf of both as well as office manager Melissa Galazin. We are located on the second level of the building in the Aqua Section. Management office hours are listed below.

Howard Matheson - General Manager - Howard Matheson has extensive history in the flea market business. Currently he co-owns and operates the very successful Panorama Flea Market in Johannesburg, South Africa. The market has over 20 years in business and 300+ spaces plus features live entertainment every weekend. Matheson has developed 1000’s of residential units in South Africa, he currently has numerous projects that include both residential and commercial concerns.

Keith Ludwick - Operations Manager - Keith has been in the flea market business for 20+ years managing both indoor and outdoor venues with great success. He handles all tenant relations and leasing at the Grand Marketplace as well as all facility marketing.

Melissa Galazin - Office Manager - Due to her extensive experience in both business management and customer relations, Melissa is in charge of a multitude of tasks including both rent collection and tenant liaison. She has 10+ years in business management along with 8 years in the flea market industry.
